About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counseling in Texas and Colorado with a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis. I own a private practice and offer life/executive coaching; and consultation for mental health providers and businesses. I provide training to organizations, schools, churchs, and individuals to promote better work teams and employee satisfaction. I work as an adjunct professor and supervise interns and associate licensed therapists. I am a trauma psychotherapist specializing in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
