I have 25 years of teaching experience with 15 years of experience as an Academic Dean. My diverse backgrounds include medical, business, aviation, and education. I find that professors and teachers are undervalued and we need a solid community to support them and also bring awareness to their contribution to the society and economic development of a country.  We need to set high standards of excellence and develop our educators so that they can develop the future generation. In order to achieve that we must first see the educators' worth and provide them with the necessary support, coaching, mentoring, resources, and financial compensation to attract more people into this profession.
