Virg is an Executive and Leadership Coach, Organizational Consultant, and Management Instructor. His business career spanned 35 years with four major companies in Operations Management, Organizational Development, and Human Resources. Had both domestic and international responsbilities in North America, Europe, and China.
During the past 14 years Virg has provided coaching and consulting to Leaders and Teams across a wide variety of industries. Concurrently has served as a Management Instructor in the Business School at the University of Colorado Denver.

Personal Details:
- Virg & Wife Sue live in Centennial, Colorado
- They have four grown children and 11 grandchildren - in Colorado, California, Washington, and Norway - and they love to travel to visit family
- Sue recently retired after teaching elementary school for 33 years
- Virg teaches Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters at the University of Colorado Denver Business school - Instructing both Graduates and Undergraduates
- After undergraduate college, Virg spent four years in the USAF, including a year in Vietnam
- After discharge from the Air Force, he joined the business world for the next 35 years.
