With over 25 years working nationally and internationally in diverse leadership positions building teams and overseeing geographically dispersed programs in Leadership Development, Business Continuity, and Human Resources, Andrew has authored and spoken at conferences on Organizational Culture and Performance, Employee Engagement, Action Learning, & Changing Paradigms of Leadership
Andrew works works with public and private clients. He is a faculty member at American University, School of Public Affairs and the Executive Development Program where he teaches and facilitates leadership / organizational development topics. He was also an adjunct staff member at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) facilitating leadership development, change management strategy, and team development in the US & abroad.
Andrew works with senior team leaders as an executive coach, transitions new leaders into their roles and develops leadership programs, such as Senior Leader On-Boarding, Leaders as Coaches; Moving Your Team to the Next Level; Working Across Boundaries & Critical Networks & others to develop leaders as they on-board or assume new roles. Andrew uses a variety of assessments to onboard/transition new leaders. Andrew is an ICF certified executive leadership - attending Georgetown's ICF program in 2010 and through CCL. He is certified in Resilient Leadership Coaching. He believes best-in-class organizations require leadership capabilities that support its strategic plan and his proactive, goal oriented approach focuses on high performance leaders to develop a strategic leadership point of view that aligns with the organizations imperatives, culture, organizational design and talent needs to foster direction, alignment and commitment across the organization.
