About Me

Dr. Kaci Deauquier Sheridan is a passionate educator.  She has served students and educators for over 15 years at the elementary and secondary levels.  She has worked as a classroom teacher, behavioral therapist, clinical supervisor, national trainer, and district level administrator.  She has a proven track record for inspiring educators, helping to transform campus cultures, and improving student success.

During her time as a victim advocate, she realized that the only way to truly help others was to first focus on helping individuals believe in themselves and their own abilities through training, education, opportunities, and resources. Her enthusiasm for training and working with underserved and at-risk youth has led her to present, train, and consult with campuses and individuals across the country.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and anthropology from Texas State University, a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Texas A&M University,  and a Doctorate from Lamar University in Educational Leadership. She currently lives in Houston, TX with her incredible husband, 2 wonderful children, and an adorable dog.
