Hello. I am Dr. Kieran Mohammed, a Business, Marketing, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology  instructor. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from over 20 years in business including as an operations manager, business consultant, and entrepreneur. I earned my doctorate in business administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. I hold Master's degrees in Operations Management, Accounting & Finance, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. And I am a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. I am also a Baldrige Performance Excellence National examiner. I use a coaching and mentoring style when teaching in Higher Ed and my students love the storytelling and real world connections I create with content. Since becoming a higher ed instructor, I certified in distance learning course design. And I have experience with Canvas and D2L as well as Connect and OERs. I have lead course redesigns and teach both online and face to face. I love working with learners and helping them to build a strong foundation for their careers.
