I'm an Assistant Professor at the University of Denver focused on supporting thriving organizational relationships. Practically, this has centered my research on leadership communication, organizational culture, and compassion at work. I'm passionate about teaching leadership and organizational theory, partnering with industry to further our understanding of compassion at work, and supporting industry practitioners in leadership and culture-shaping toward compassionate organizational environments.
