I am actively seeking opportunities for Lecturer-Adjunct Faculty with a preference for teaching subjects related to IT Cybersecurity or Project Management (PMP/PMI-aligned). 

Please allow me to briefly introduce myself: I am an award-winning IT professional with over 25years of experience in full life-cycle project delivery and IT transition/engagement management, driving organizational change initiatives. My expertise extends to mentoring and coaching in Project Management, Agile Software Delivery Methodology, and IT Professional Certification training, covering MCSE, CCNA, N+, A+, delivered in both classroom and lab-based settings. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about training and coaching, consistently mentoring hundreds of projects and program team members in various IT, Cybersecurity, and Project Management subjects. 

As a testament to my teaching passion, in September 2021, I volunteered and was selected through my existing company-wide initiative for a six-month remote part-time engagement as an E&Y mentor. During this engagement, I mentored, coached, and trained Computer Science undergraduates at CUNY/CSI School. My role involved introducing an Agile Software Delivery Methodology, utilizing Scrum/Kanban techniques. I conducted six YouTube video-recorded sessions, developed course content, facilitated Adhoc quizzes, Q&A sessions, and reviewed project deliverables. This engagement was highly successful, earning me email appreciations from CUNY Professors, the CS Department Head, and a recognition award from my employer org. 

I am convinced that teaching professional subjects like Project Management and Cybersecurity with a real-world perspective significantly enhances the quality of education. This approach makes learning more practical and enriching for students. With great humility and a strong commitment, I am empowered to provide this high-quality education. My passion for teaching, extensive professional experience, and a strong desire to share my practical knowledge with students drive me to excel in this endeavor. 

I want to underscore my flexibility in terms of compensation and availability. I am open to conducting lectures and training sessions either online or in person, particularly during late evenings on weekdays and weekends.
