About Me

 With more than 20 years of unique and hands-on leadership experience as well as a deep understanding of the art and science of leadership, Adam Cubbage is a recognized expert in organizational & leadership development. 

Driven by a sincere passion to help others lead, develop, and achieve at every level, Adam works with around the world helping organizations build their leadership pipeline, develop cohesive teams, and achieve success with organizational goals. 

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Center Point Leadership Development, an Adjunct Professor at Hood College teaching Leadership & Organizational Behavior ( MGMT 560 and MGMT 301), a facilitator & leader-in-residence for Leadership Frederick County, a TEDx speaker, and a professional organizational trainer. 

Currently, Adam is completing his Doctor of Organizational Leadership (DOL) at Hood College (Dissertation defense scheduled for December 2022), co-authoring a book for Wiley Press, and speaking at several conferences on how companies can close the leadership gap.

Its multidisciplinary framework includes contributions from the social sciences to the study of individuals, groups, systems and leadership.
