Mrs. Angela S. Hinton is a native of Buffalo, NY. While in Undergraduate studies, she earned two Bachelor of Science Degree’s from Old Dominion University, a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and an Executive Master of Health Administration from Milken Institute School of Public Health, George Washington University. In 2010, Angela was appointed as a Presidential Management Fellow at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Washington, DC, and reported to Resource Management and Analysis in NASA’s Science Mission Directorate, as the Resource and Program Analyst for the Earth Science, Planetary Science, and Heliophysics Divisions. In 2012, Angela became the Account Manager in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Budget Division - Integration and Execution Branch, for the management of the agency travel manager budget and compliance, development of point/position papers, presentations, and congressional briefings through interaction with the Office of Management and Budget and the Executive Office of the President on investigative issues of program spending, programmatic & appropriation/budgetary compliance, and the Annual Congressional Justifications to Congress, including writing, editing, and incorporating narrative for the Earth Science, Planetary Science, Heliophysics, and Astrophysics Portfolios. As part of her Fellowship, Angela served as Policy Analyst at Department of Defense, Office of the Under Secretary for Defense for Policy (OUSD (P)), Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for European/NATO Policy, and Health Care Ethics Policy Analyst at the Veterans Health Administration, National Center for Ethics in Health Care.
