U.S. Air Force retired Flight Engineer with a passion for aviation. Considered an expert in Defense Contract  Management Agency 8210.1 series of documents, and FAA Part 91 operations. Over 4500 hours of combat and Part 91 Experimental flying in 5-types of aircraft.  Prideful, well balanced, results oriented with more than 35 years of experience. 19 years of multiple project and program management experience focused on test and evaluation, requirements generation, system integration, product development, and sustainment. Exceptionally proficient flight test leader overseeing both developmental and operational ground/flight test, as well as aviation manufacturing organizations. Diverse competences in the areas Department of Defense, foreign military sales, commercial, and other various agencies.
